Po is red as It reminds him of a postbox
La La is yellow as it sounds more yellow than Tinkie Winkie, Dipsy or Po
Dipsy is green as it sounds like deep sea which is often thought of as green – even though it isn’t?!
Tinky Winky is purple as it some how reminds him of his bits & another word used for them
